How does the subscription service work?
Signing up for our subscription service is simple. We have pre-set plans to make things easier for you. These are calculated using data and feedback from our customers and are based on the number of people per household. You just need to choose the type of salt you need, delivery area (local or national), people in your household, number of bags and delivery frequency. We'll take care of the rest, ensuring your salt arrives when you need it.
What types of water softener salt do you offer?
We offer a range of water softener salt options, including tablet, block and granular salt. All Monarch Water salt is manufactured to BS: EN973 – Class A ensuring the highest food grade quality. Our salt is suitable for all types and brands of softeners in the UK, if you are unsure on the compatibility or which salt you need, we highly recommend consulting your water softener manufacturers user guide for confirmation.
How often will I receive deliveries?

How is the salt delivered?
If you’re based in an IP, NR, CO, or CB postcode then Monarch Water will deliver your salt directly to your door by one of our delivery drivers.
If you are based outside of these postcode areas, your salt will be delivered by our trusted courier partner APC on a next-working-day delivery service.
We work hard to ensure your salt arrives safely and securely, ready for use.
Is shipping included in a salt subscription price?
Yes, shipping is included in the subscription price for both local and national salt subscription plans.
Shipping is not included for one-off salt orders and all other non-salt products available to purchase from Monarch Water.
What is your returns or refund policy?
