1. GENERAL INFORMATION

References to “we”/”our”/”us” mean Monarch Water Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06590010, and our registered office address is at Fourth Floor Abbots House, Abbey Street, Reading, England, RG1 3BD, VAT no. 571 076 935 UK.

2. USING THE SITE

You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs and expenses you may incur in relation to your use of the Site. We make no promise that the Site is appropriate or available for use in locations outside of the UK. If you choose to access the Site from locations outside the UK, you acknowledge you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws where they apply.

We may prevent or suspend your access to the Site if you do not comply with these Terms or any applicable law.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The copyright and all other intellectual property rights (including but not limited to database rights, trade marks, design rights and domain names in all cases whether registered or not) in all materials included on the Site (including without limitation, designs, texts, pictures, graphics, logos, images and the selection and arrangement of them) and all software in the Site belong to us or our licensors. All rights are reserved.
Whilst you may print or download extracts from the Site for your personal use you may not otherwise download, copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, transmit, adapt, alter, create derivative works from or otherwise extract or reutilise any material contained on the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission and unless you:

(a)             acknowledge us as the source of the material; and

We have not reviewed any of these third party websites and do not control and are not responsible for these websites or their content or availability. While we endeavour to ensure that the Site is continuously available, we shall not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Site without notice.

6. VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES

We accept no liability for any loss or damage howsoever arising, whether direct or indirect, special or consequential, which may be suffered by any person in accessing, downloading, using or relying on any information or other materials contained in this Site, save that nothing in these Terms shall restrict or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or, our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or, liability which we are otherwise not permitted by law to exclude or restrict.

10. LAW AND JURISDICTION

The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to this Site (although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or in any other relevant country).

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
