New customers - Service Plans must be taken out within 30 days of warranty
registration or 90 days from the last paid Monarch Water service visit. If this does not apply to you, please choose 'existing install' in the service selection to pay for a service upfront, and the service plan will continue thereafter that service.

What's not included in a service

  • Breakdowns and repairs (unless within 3 months of service being completed)
  • Resin replacement
  • Parts not under warranty
  • Pipework/isolation valves/Bypass/Hoses and fittings
  • Drainage issues (blocked waste pipes etc)
  • Misuse/Damage
  • Operator error
  • Work required due to products not installed in accordance with Monarch Water's installation instructions
